The nail tech was very friendly!
Lilly seemed really inexperienced, I’ve never been asked for a picture of a layered cut; it’s one of the most basic cuts, one that I nearly did myself from years of having it cut that way.
She did not compare sides, yanked at my hair while blow drying- to a painful degree of discomfort. She clearly lacked confidence, communication was poor, and the only woman who could help simply watched her struggle. Tense atmosphere definitely, no love here or within my hair.

I love my haircut and I loved the service in general. Lovely salon run by lovely people, would definitely recommend and hopefully I’ll be back for another haircut!!
