I turned up to the nail studio for my booked appointment and it was shut yet they still took my payment. This is the second time this has happened. They don’t answer the phone either.

Elizabeth was lovely and although it took a bit longer then expected I wasn’t in a hurry at all (she checked with me before hand) it was very thorough and beautifully done. I’m sure she’ll be a brilliant nail artist.

Sadly my gels chipped the next day :( lovely team though. I tried calling several times to see if they’d mind retouching but no one answered the phone.
