Been to the salon twice now for waxing and left waiting the first time for 20minutes and on my second return 35minutes and no apology was made on either occasion, first occasion the wax was ok and second occasion there were multiple hairs missed and very painful and I have a high pain tolerance, wont be returning

I have been waxed by Tanya a few times now and she is very friendly and always does a good job, despite me having particularly difficult thick hair. Always happy with the results!
