Unfortunately not the greatest of experiences. I have used this salon plenty of times before always with Charlotte. This time was with someone else. I ended up with hot wax dripping down my face and in my hair when the spatula containing said wax was dropped onto my hair. I also found multiple little bits of wax still on and around my eyebrows when I got home that I had to remove myself. Thankfully no lasting damage to my hair or face and the girl was really apologetic but it’s kind of not the point. Not getting wax on the customer other than the place requested is kind of a prerequisite.....

Tanya didn’t turn up for work and I was waiting for 20 minutes. Someone else took my appointment but did a very poor job jumping between answering the phone and tending to other customers during my appointment. Not impressed. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back. Not recommended.
