Thank you Tanya for a lovely experience first time I had painless leg and Hollywood wax.
Started the treatment then the therapist got up to deal with another customer for five minutes, she apologised which was fine. She forgot to put the cuticle remover on one hand and when I told her she apologised and said she was sorry she had to watch the door as we were all in the back room. Then 15 minutes in she said it was time for her break so asked another therapist who was just packing up to take over. the second therapist was lovely and conscientious and did a brilliant job, but she wasn’t aware that I was her client and I asked what made the treatment deluxe, she said at her usual salon you have a hand mask too but she didn’t think this was done here/ she hadn’t been provided with it. As the website isn’t clear about the difference between the two - I feel like I paid for the deluxe but only received the standard.
