The salon is really nice, clean, modern and the ambience is relaxing.
The products that the staff used were of good quality and good hygiene was well maintained during the waxing.
My only problem was the staff Who did my waxing. She was nice, polite and friendly, but she did not do a good job for the money: she took very long time to do the legs, completely forgetting some areas, she did not do my ankles and feet. For the "extended bikini line" she used a lovely chocolate hot wax, but she did not wait long enough and pulled it before if was fully hardened. She did not follow any order, as a result My bikini line is totally asymmetrical now. For the arms and the underarms she did not really know what direction to pull the strips to. For the eyebrows threading she was good.
It's a shame, because the salon is really really nice, maybe just a bit of further training is needed.
I will definitely give it another chance and go again, but choose a different beauty therapist
Lovely and welcoming, did a great job as well. Especially impressed by the massage chairs!
overall experience was good, staff thoughtful and friendly, only thing i would say is that the salon could have been warmer.
