As lovely as the lady was, she created a lovely atmosphere and did try and I appreciated her efforts. But it was clear she was not trained as a massage therapist. She didn't attend to areas of concern despite telling her to. She was unable to put firm pressure on and essentially just spread oil on my back for 30 mins.Please, no direct offence to Florentina, she was lovely and as accomodating as she could be, but she should not be massaging any clients.
