Overall, it is a good a experience. However, I had booked my appointment at a time that was available according to the website and one day before the appointment, I was called by the venue staff and I was asked for rearrangement. That was a bit annoying because I tried to help by putting my appointment earlier which was hard for me, and I finally late! The thing is that when I got there the lady told me that she can't do the CND Shellac Manicure because we didn't have enough time for it! I had paid in advance for my treatment, she mentioned also that they charge the removal as well, so she removed the old shellac, that I had, for "free" and she did just shellac polish - not the full manicure I paid for.
Excellent service. It was my first wax so was nervous but Charlotte made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything to make me feel at ease.

Waxing should be done better. Some hairs left. Otherwise, nice staff and beautiful salon.
