Great salon with a super handy location! Staff were really friendly and overall experience was great and as pain free as a Hollywood wax can be! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was that there was a little bit of hair left after the treatment which I would have hoped would have been taken off.
Booked bikini wax via treatwell and contacted the venue direct when I was running a little late. They were really understanding and the therapist was lovely. She made the not so nice experience as painless as it could be and put me at ease. I found the staff to be lovely and friendly with a good range of products. Pleased with the results as the therapist was thorough and took her time despite me running late. I would always recommened LoveU to anyone in need of waxing or beauty treatments.
