First time coming in a while and sadly my visit reminded me why I stopped. The salon was extremely chaotic with mess everywhere, my cut was unbelievably rushed which is the last thing you expect when you’ve chosen to pay extra to have the director do your hair. Half way through the stylist left me for about 15 minutes to go and sort another customer’s highlights. I understand it’s busy at this time of year but I left unbelievably disappointed.
