I was excited to get my hair done as it had been done really nicely here before. This time the appointment felt rushed,there wasn’t a chance at the start for me to explain what I wanted and felt I didn’t have much option in what I got done. It’s also so much more shorter than I expected especially after asking to keep it as long. I don’t feel I was given a chance for it to be properly styled. Overall it just needed more time dedicated to talk about what I wanted done. It wasn’t worth the money.

Lisa is an exceptional hairdresser. I’ve had two haircuts with her now and both were the best I’ve had. She listens carefully, works really quickly and still makes sure everything is perfect and is happy to make changes at any point. I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable and she was very friendly. Will definitely be coming back.
