I contacted Lisa about making a very drastic change to my hair colour (from very dark brown to pastel pink). Lisa worked with me to select the best option based on my hair length and desired goal, as well as ensuring I was aware that it might take several sessions to reach the exact shade I had provided an example of as my target. However, Lisa and Lucy nailed it in one session! I'm genuinely so thrilled by my new fun hair colour and its really brightened up a dull January!
