I’m a regular generous tipper, but, this time Lucy asked a teenage girl to wash my hair prior to the treatment which she tackled as infant head didn’t touch the sides of my hair or the very back no proper foaming and there was a residue on my fingernails.Not a peak time, however, treatment itself was chaotic I have 18cm hair, literally, it didn’t need two stylists with two hair dryers, stressful, told her only one person effort was needed as the other one was a liability with flat iron! Sad!
