Therapist was lovely. She was running late so she texted me a few hours before my treatment to let me know and to suggest that I come 15 minutes later.
Treatment was fine and she gave me advice about when I should be booking in to get the most out of my wax.
Lovella is a nice salon with a cute gift shop area. It is a little cramped and the treatment rooms could maybe do with a makeover but that's probably just my taste!

This was my first visit and I have no regrets. I found the staff to very friendly and helpful and in general the shop has a very nice atmosphere. I am very impressed with the service and as such, will be visiting again in two weeks time!
