Lovely salon in great location in Leith. Anne was very professional and knowledgable. Also very reasonably priced! Will definitely be back.

Can't really complain as it was 45 min massage for £20. But the room was far from relaxing, pop music playing, lights on, staff member had long nails, head massage was terrible, people shouting on the salon floor meaning it was very noisy. The room was extremely dirty, cold and the towels used on the bed didn't look clean. I won't be back. Massage was ok but nothing special. Overall poor experience. Disappointing.

I have been a regular customer at Lovella for years and would (and frequently do) recommend to anybody. The surroundings in the salon are very pleasant and relaxed. Anne and all the staff are always welcoming and highly skilled.
Had a fantastic treatment at this salon. It has a lovely atmosphere and you are made to feel extremely comfortable from the second you arrive. The treatment itself (Hollywood wax) was great - quick, relatively pain free and excellent results. Plus the staff are so friendly the conversation kept me distracted and the time flew by.
