Slightly painful cuticles but otherwise excellent service!

My acrylics were slightly wonky and couple had bubbles so the colour didn’t sit properly. There was also polish on my skin. He told me he couldn’t do a design I wanted. They didn’t sanitise anything between customers. I had to wash my hands and use cheap paper towels to wipe my hands dry, even though there was a draw full of towels. When drying my nails he used cold air which froze my hands. He left me in the shop alone for 5 minutes. He was shouting to his colleagues who was downstairs.
