Arrived on time for my appointment which I booked online. A few minutes later another customer walks in with the same appointment time - there is only one therapist! After waiting circa 15m I was told if I’d mind waiting whilst the second customer was seen. I clearly said I did. I was then “chastised” for booking online as it’s easier for the therapist if I call. If you can’t manage booking systems don’t offer online capability! The therapist is nice enough although inexperienced and didn’t seem to understand my biggest issue was the lack of respect for my time. Regardless of whether I work or I’m on holiday please respect the fact that time is precious and I don’t appreciate kept waiting but further more made to feel like an inconvenience. A shame as I really wanted to support local businesses on the high street but the level of professionalism was lacking.
