Lovely salon and the staff are really friendly. Did my eyebrows just how I wanted them.

Treatment room: cold, dusty, didn’t smell clean or refreshing. Basket or bin next to the bed that looked dirty. Sink located at one end of the room, did they wash their hands often?
Room in awkward location, with door opening onto customers queuing.
Broken light could’ve fallen on me had I laid on the bed a few seconds earlier.
Towel had stains.
Oil smelt very bad. Head massage could have been better if back of the head had been focused on more.
Staff are lovely, but more training on hygiene.
