Lovett only is the best at the salon. In her absence the staff rush things and not organised. I am a regular at the salon but the experience of this appointment was terrible. Not happy at all with the hair wash after the root colouring and hair dryer which was over heated. Staff are very reluctant to listen to your request and feedback. They want to use shortcut method of incomplete washing and drying of hair. The shellac manicure too was not great. Waste of time and not a good value for money!
