Ben is so so great. I came in for a dramatic and shocking transformation: cutting my hair to shorter than shoulder length and keeping my natural hair colour after having long bleached hair for most of my life. Ben took amazing care of me and we had great conversation. Only downside: had to pay more than expected which sucked :( but it was worth it
