Eleanor is wonderful, always makes me feel welcome, she is like a friend for the time you are with her. For someone who has very fair brows she knows exactly the right colour and shape. Highly recommend xx

With a separate entrance to the salon, it even starts as a unique experience. Eleanor is so friendly at the same time as being professional and advice on what to do/ not done once treatment finished. My only recommendation is that Treatwell state the DAY of appointment in their reminder email as well as the date as sometimes people (aka me) get muddled with just a date!
