The appointment started 20 mins late. Ludmila was very apologetic and told me that all her appointments had been delayed by 30 minutes but it would have been helpful to know this before I got to the salon. The hollywood wax was thorough but painful. I think a good therapist will always put pressure on the skin after they rip the wax off but Ludmila doesnt do that. She also pinched my skin a lot with the tweezers when plucking hairs. I won't be going back
