Could not recommend Ludmila enough. She was incredibly welcoming and lovely to chat to and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. And she did a cracking job on the wax - left me smooth as a barbie and this was definitely less painful than other waxes I've had. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
