My first time having lamination so I didn’t know what to expect. Daisy seems like a nice person but it was a really unprofessional appointment. There was no consultation beforehand about what I wanted, she then proceeded to FaceTime her boyfriend for the entire appointment (awkward!) so I wasn’t talked through any of the steps… Bizarre to think she thought that was OK. I wasn’t happy with the result and there were no Covid measures in place like face masks or sanitiser.
