The treatment (sports massage) was excellent - Luca did an assessment and was able to tailor everything to effectively help the areas that were hurting. I felt so much better afterwards! Luca was lovely too and the I felt very comfortable with the treatment room set up. Definitely recommend!
Sports Massage
An excellent deep tissue massage on back neck and shoulders. My main issue was tight shoulder muscles that were causing tension headaches. Luca went through my form and addressed any areas of concerns with me before starting. He is very professional and knowledgeable, willingly to explain what he’s doing as he’s doing it. Luca communicated very well to make sure I was comfortable with pressure etc He was very pleasant and friendly to make an all round excellent massage experience.
