The beautician didn’t show up! How incredibly unprofessional - no one from Lrin beauty was at the studio yesterday and they didn’t even cancel it or let me know. Completely wasted my time and there is no clear option on Treatwell to get a refund for this prepaid appointment. I’ve sent an email to the vendor and help@treatwell.co.uk I hope they refund me ASAP.
