This my my regular place to do my nails and other beauty treatments and i have to say this place is really really clean and staff very knowledgeable and they know exactly what they doing. Very professional and good hygiene. I highly recommend this place for those wana get their nails done.
Pedicure
Sam was lovely and done a great job with my nails. I took a reference pic and she and the other therapist ( so sorry I forgot her name) really took the time to look for similar colours and test properly. Thank you so much, I really love my summer vibes nails ❤️
Nail Art
Really not happy with the service I was provided with. Really disappointed as this is my usual salon for brow and lash tinting. I booked specifically with Zuzu, only to be met with a Junior Stylist who seemed stressed and rushing. I booked a lash lift after being up sold the benefits many times so was expecting some really strong results for £45 extra, the lash tint was done at the same time so hasn’t worked properly to cover the base of my lashes - and my lashes don’t look that lifted - they are already long so should have an immediate effect. Ontop of that the mani and pedi was also rushed so attention to detail hasn’t been great, with some of the nail colour uneven and a bit bulbous - all to the back drop of a smoke alarm battery that needed changing so kept beeping shrilly the entire time. This was meant to be a relaxing experience before going on holiday tonight - I left feeling let down, stressed and without the results I’d be expecting at that price. I’d be grateful if I could speak to Zuzu to resolve

And asked for quick upper eyebrows thread didn’t clean well too (not thread all eyebrows)
