Nothing wrong with this place, some future advice though - tell the customer on your listing that the mask is a £2 extra charge -
As in my experience they don't charge for the masks .
However, the therapist was really good, she even gave me a free sample of aloe Vera which wasn't part of my treatment, she even removed a few of my blackheads which I was really suprised 🙀 about

I'm extremely disappointed with my gel manicure, I don't think it is gel because it's now less than a week and the polish is peeling and totally ruined this has never happened before. I'm not very happy about that.

Initially, I was extremely nervous to undergo my first Hollywood wax, fortunately, Zuzu was an amazing waxer.
Not only was Zuzu welcoming and caring to my needs she was also extremely friendly.
I have now not only found a wax lady but also the reassurance of the overall waxing process.
Zuzu communicated to me throughout the whole process which reassured me throughout, this also made me less nervous.

This is the first time I have used this Nail&Brow Studio and I wasn't disappointed. Zuzu, was an amazing beautician who made me feel at ease and was friendly. So glad I have got a place that I can rely on!
