Staff were pleasant enough and friendly, however didn't really listen to understand how I wanted my hair cut and preferred to do 'their' way. If you are going here and have a particular style in mind I would recommend being quite assertive over what you want. They did a good head massage while washing.
My hair also wasn't cut the same length on both sides which I didn't notice till I got home and too much of a faff to go back so I attempted to correct myself. They did the actual cut was done in quite in hurry and didn't do the checking of lengths to ensure both sides matched.
