Every staff member I came into contact with was happy to help and very attentive. I was a little late but they didn't complain. My hairdresser, Marcus, fixed my awful cut by a student and gave me great advice on the type of styles and cuts that would suit my hair, plus how to ask for them with a new stylist. The hair washing facilities were the most comfortable I've ever used! The salon was a little further away from where I live and work than I'd prefer to go, which is the only reason that I'd delay returning for another cut or possibly a different service.
