I had my haircut today at Luca Salon and I really love my new hair! Thank you very much to Miky for doing a very great job. She was friendly and professional. Would totally come back again and will recommend this Salon.
Miky took great care of me! She listened to what I wanted to have done and made sure we were on the same page before starting to cut the hair. And the result was great! The wash was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep.
Friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the salon.
Highly recommend it!

Great value, great cut. Got exactly what I asked for and a bit more. Hairdresser had a great feel for the texture of the hair and the way they naturally sit.

Very poor....booked facial and massage package 90 mins. They called and asked me to come 30mins after my booked time. Once I got there I waited for another 30mins before facial started. Salon not very clean - dirty towels. Theraoist kept leaving the room for long periods of time - when i left i realised she had been treating someone else at the same time! kept coming in for a couple of mins then going for 10-15mins. Did not give me a massage - but i was there for almost 2 hours so i just wanted to leave. Staff eg hoovering at same time so not relaxing at all. overall one of the worst experiences I have had - complete waste of money!
