I would definitely recommend getting waxing here, the staff are lovely and super thorough and the products they use are the best I've experienced, they also have long opening hours which makes it convenient for appointments.
I booked on the day for 3pm. I arrived an hour early and was welcomed in and seen straight away with lots of smiles! Was given a cup of coffee and a relaxing hair wash with keratise treatment and head massage then was consulted by Elisabeth who also cut my hair. She listened carefully and did exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and caring. I have been here twice now and will return. I am pleased as I live locally and it's taken me a while to find a hair dresser who im happy to return to! Highly recommended. It's always good to have a hairdresser where you can feel comfortable telling them what you want if you already know!
I was absolutely delighted. One of the best haircuts I've had - Aveda products were used and everyone was very accomodating and friendly. Incredible value with the Wahanda Deal and a bonus was also that they didn't try and sell other services to you - the quality of the haircut spoke for itself. A stone's throw from Kensal Rise station so very easy to get to. Thanks very much.
Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to Luca Salon and was very satisfied with my haircut. I went in June and booked via phone. As the front desk was situated close to the hairdressing area, there was a lot of background noise but I managed to secure an appointment easily. There was initial confusion as the venue had already redeemed my voucher. I didn't realise this was possible and was worried the voucher was invalid but was reassured it was not. I simply printed the voucher with 'redeemed' and presented it on the day, where the number was checked inside a book. The hairdressing experience was very enjoyable and I liked my stylist. She took time to understood what I was looking for, though I did bring pictures to avoid major upsets. Afterwards, she took me over the the sink area and carried out all the hair washing, conditioning, treatment and massage steps herself. This is a bonus in my book as some salons frequently hand this stage over to trainees and in this case, her experience showed through and I loved the head massage. The haircut stage was enjoyable as well. I was asked whether I wanted a drink (went for tea) and I was consulted at regular intervals during the haircut if I was satisfied with the length.etc I went for tousled curls during the blow dry and was please I learnt a new technique from the stylist, though it is rather hard to replicate at home! She really understood the nature of my Asian poker straight hair and sprayed curls at regular intervals so they wouldn't fall out 2 hours after I left the salon. As for the salon location... it's further out of London than I normally venture for hair cuts, but this is made up for the fact it's right outside the overground station so very little walking required. The salon is small and feels very friendly - all the hairdressers are chatting with each other and great consideration is given for my comfort. Another bonus is the fact there was no pushy sale on their Keratase products used. I'm really please with my hair cut about a month into it, so can definitely recommend the salon!
The stylist was friendly , I got a trim. I was hoping for more than that but still good. Kerastase treatment was just a conditioner while washing hair. There is a beauty salon attached, so got eyebrow threading at the same time. Not sure my stylist was top stylist.
