When I arrived I was given a full consultation with Max who I presume was the manager and introduced to my stylist Lilie( she did not speak very good english) she was very pleasant and Max explained to her what I wanted.
She did a half head of highlights which are very good and cut my hair. The blow dry was brilliant as I have very thick hair.
During my appointment I was offered tea and coffee and all the staff were very pleasant. Would go back but could only afford with a special offer as quite expensive

The salon was easy to find out of Kensal Rise station. Staff greeted me straight away and were very friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. Time was taken for a thorough consultation and I was given refreshments and a great range (of up-to-date!) mags to read. The facilities were very modern and clean. The member of staff that did my hair did a great job and was extremely attentive. As i was leaving, I was given some vouchers for 25% future treatments which I will be sure to use soon.

I was very pleased with this voucher as its one of the rear ones that you can call on the day and book an appointment. My haircut and colour were excellent and the staff were not only friendly but also very attentive. I will definately recommend this to all my friends and family. Just what i needed after a stressful week of work
Hair Colouring
I was really impressed, it was acturally more like colour corection and my hair had recently gone from blonde to brown and looked abit green. He spent a long time finding what I wanted and when I wanted it a little blonder after the highlights were done, he added more for me! Really good will be going back, great value for money too!!
Luca salon has been a positive experience for me.
Marco my hairdresser was very good and charming.
A plus point for me was to find two Italian members of staff so I could speak in my language to them.
Max the owner is also hands on which is nice to see.
I was given a voucher for 15% discount and am planning to go back for some highlights in the future.
