I had my first appointment at this salon today with Max and I am incredibly pleased with it. I’d originally booked a full head colouring and brought in a photo with the colour I’d wanted, but Max recommended I get an additional balayage/toner to achieve the look properly. He was up front about the extra £20 for toner this would have and I agreed to go forward with that plan. I’ve used the same photo at another salon previously, and something similar at a third, and neither time was this offered and, also unlike those other two appointments, my hair actually came out looking exactly how I’d asked for it, even without needing to rely on professional lighting like in the photo. So thanks again Max for your expertise, I’m very happy, and will certainly come back again in future.
