Awful experience, I almost ran away before getting waxed despite having already paid. I was expected to get half naked in a room with a door that didn't close properly, with lots of people just outside. There was nowhere to put my clothes and I was not given a towel. When I asked for one, I received one that was wet and badly stained. Everywhere was dirty, didn't feel at all like a place for beauty or wellbeing, and there was no welcome or explanation. Waxing started without warning and was abrupt and rough. At least it was done quickly and efficiently. I did not feel safe or looked after at all.

My visit was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I felt super welcome by all the team.
Max was a dream, he made me feel at ease and I trusted him completely. Best haircut and balayage! I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going back in the future ❤️

Friendly staff, great salon, maybe a little pricy. Worth the money though as my hair turned out great.
