My visit was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I felt super welcome by all the team.
Max was a dream, he made me feel at ease and I trusted him completely. Best haircut and balayage! I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going back in the future ❤️

The person who did my hair charged me extra money to die my hair first when I’d already spent 129 explained to him that I can’t afford it as I’m a single mother he still charged it complaining that treatwell take 35% now I’m struggling to get by because of him and in the end it didn’t even look like balayage. My hair just looks ginger all over. I could’ve done the same thing with a £5 highlighting cap from Superdry The staff all seem great except who did my hair. At the end he made another newcomer in the shop come and blow dry my hair. So there was two guys blowdry my hair at once and they did not ask if I was ok with that. And he did not cut my hair properly. Just snipped a couple of ends at the back.
