It's my third visit to this salon for a facial and massage. Both were really great... The facial was really relaxing and the therapist did some stuff I wasn't expecting I.e. used the sonic machine. I am probably going to be a regular customer now

Everyone was very lovely and I got the exact haircut I wanted. They offer tea and coffee and were very friendly. Thanks!

A good facial but Atmosphere non existent. Beautician kept leaving the room and crashing around which was quite disruptive. The ceiling spot lights were shining right into my eyes - A dimmer switch would greatly improve matters.
Also felt quite rushed, definitely wasn’t an hour long. A little disappointed by the experience considering the price.

I went to Luca to have a facial. It was very calming and overall a lovely experience, also my skin seems much clearer now, highly recommend.

The facialist (didn’t find out her name!) was very calm and very gentle. Only one thing is that I wish I got some feedback about my skin and what products they were using and for why.
