It was lovely. It was my first time ever in a hair stylist, and I've been having some trouble with my hair. Luana it's an especialist, she studied and she helped me a lot to understand which problems may cause my hair to be like that. She was fun aswell, I was sooo nervous but she make me feel calmed and guided me during all the treatment explaining everything and answering when I had doubts. The hair and scalp treatment was simply amazing, they use essential oils which clean the bulb of your hair. I've never seen my hair looking this fabulous and feeling so clean I've literaly almost cried of joy when I saw the result. I'm so happy and for sure I'll be coming back soon. And the massage was sooo relaxing. I would recomend 100% you will not regret going there. PS: If you are going for the scalp treatment don't wash your hair the same day, because if you go with clean hair is more dificult to get a diagnosis.

Nikki is an amazing stylist but the manager was rather abrupt and rude when the treatment I bought online didn't match the recommendation by her. Had to pay more money so be wary of the treatwell offer prices.
