Overall I’m very happy with the colour after the stylist sat and discussed with me my best options. I did have to pay £20 extra for toner but as the deal is for colour and cut and was really good anyway I didn’t mind this.

I was really impressed with the result of the balayage by Max(?). He asked if I had a picture at the beginning and the end result turned out exactly like it. He did add a £20 charge for the toner which he informed me of once I had arrived. The appointment was on time and lasted for 3 hours. I seemed to sit for a little longer than necessary with the foils in and toner. One room for improvement/ suggestion to Max: Whilst I was happy with the overall result, it wasn't a completely comfortable experience. Instead of pushing someone's head in the direction you want it to be, you could either warn them what you're going to do first or ask them to move their head themselves. Also be mindful of pulling hair tightly as it was painful at times, as well as being careful of leaving the hair dryer near the scalp for too long as I was feeling quite anxious throughout because my scalp was getting uncomfortably hot.

This was my first facial treatment and I enjoyed it a lot, skin felt much cleaner afterwards.
