Happy with my haircut but not satisfied with paying extra when arriving to hairdresser

The staff were very friendly, professional & there was a lovely atmosphere. I arrived 20 minutes early & was offered tea, coffee & magazines. Hamoud actually came back from his break early to do my hair, which looks fabulous. I will definitely go back for follow up treatments.

I left this salon feeling extremely disappointed with the customer service and the quality of my haircut. I appreciate Saturdays are the busiest day for hair salons however the stylist who cut my hair (I believe he was also the salon manager) was extremely rude between shouting orders at his members of staff and barely speaking to me regarding my preferred cut. My hair felt like it hadn't even been cut after leaving the salon which is unfortunate as the bouncy blow dry was the best I have ever had but due to the lack of attention on my actual haircut I wouldn't return to this salon.
