My gel manicure was a very disappointing experience from the time I entered the salon. The staff is quite grumpy and unfriendly, so I couldn't even explain what I wanted. It got worse when I saw that the tools she was using looked dirty. Also be aware that you will be charged for shellac removal,

The staff didn't have my booking and the owner was rather rude. The room was freezing, massage table was too small and not properly covered so I was laying on cold plastic and when I turned over onto my back I had to rest my head on the face thingie. Felt the masseuse wasn't really experienced and just sort of winged it. Then as I was leaving she just rearranged the same towels I had been laying on presumably for the next customer!
