Loved my blow dry! I’ve never had my hair done here but the stylist knew exactly what I wanted!

The haircut and blow dry was good, but my customer experience was not great. The stylist made assumptions and judgement about the condition of my ‘home dyed’ hair in front of other customers, which I found inappropriate. This was tactless given that a lot of people resorted to home solutions during lockdown. One goes to the hairdressers to feel good and get pampered not be shamed. On that basis I will not be going back.

I had my hair cut by Antonella. She did a great job - she listened carefully to what I wanted, made good suggestions, and tailored the cut to my hair type to give it more texture and movement (I have fine, thick, straight hair). I would definitely recommend booking with her!
