The haircut and blow dry was good, but my customer experience was not great. The stylist made assumptions and judgement about the condition of my ‘home dyed’ hair in front of other customers, which I found inappropriate. This was tactless given that a lot of people resorted to home solutions during lockdown. One goes to the hairdressers to feel good and get pampered not be shamed. On that basis I will not be going back.

I had my hair cut by Antonella. She did a great job - she listened carefully to what I wanted, made good suggestions, and tailored the cut to my hair type to give it more texture and movement (I have fine, thick, straight hair). I would definitely recommend booking with her!

The haircut was fine, mostly in line with what I wanted, but unfortunately after very clearly emphasizing to Laura that I just wanted to cover the old blonde in my hair and match my natural medium brown, and that I really didn’t want to go dark, it came out very very dark brown. It doesn’t look bad, but it’s not what I wanted and I am just left a bit disappointed and hoping it’ll fade quickly.
This is my third time at this salon and I was very pleased with both of my previous appointments.
