I recently tried Luca Salon for a haircut and it was an OK experience. The stylist took less than 5 minutes to cut my hair and it was a very basic cut. Not impressed.

Nice haircut. Pleasant experience. Not sure I would pay the full price for this but it is definitely worth the money for the new customer deal.

Teresa did my wax and it was the least painful wax I have ever had!! She was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her.

Marcos was wonderful, professional and did an really great job on my Brazilian Blow Dry.
However, there was some confusion with the owner/manager (?) who said I looked like a another customer who had been in a few days before and I think was accusing me of cheating the system since the wahanda deal is for new customers only. I certainly haven't been in before, and it doesn't really make sense that the same person would come back for the same treatment after a few days, and I was pretty put off by his manner and handling of the whole thing. I would only go back if I could book with Marcos again.
