Lucia is very friendly and pays attention to your skin needs. I was late to the appointment due to another appointment running late and instead of cancelling the appointment, she finished my treatments while the rest of the building closed, meaning she cut into her own personal time! She also made sure to ask about my ingrown hairs and took the time to wax my toes and belly button (even though I didn't ask!) It's that kind of dedication and attention to detail in customers that is awesome to me.
