Second time getting my hair done here and it’s been spot on again! The salon itself is really calm and quiet - I often get headaches at hairdressers due to how noisy they can be, but not at Lucy Lus. My cut, colour, and blow dry was all round amazing and I feel like she really listens to what I say. On top of being thorough and meticulous, she’s also so nice! Can’t wait to go back. Hidden gem!

Lucy was amazing! She took her time with my hair, really listened to what I asked for and when the colour wasn’t exactly what she expected she took her time to put another colour on to get it just right. It turned out fab and my hair was still in great condition afterwards despite getting it coloured.
