I had high hopes for this salon after a friend recommended it, but my experience was disappointing. The stylist cut random layers into my wet hair without checking how they’d fall when dry. The result was uneven, choppy, and unflattering. I was so unhappy I cried and had to go to another salon to fix it. The staff were very kind, and they have good reviews overall, so maybe I was unlucky—but I won’t be back. A good experience means leaving with a haircut you love, and that wasn't the case

Been going to Luz's salon for around 2 years now, and she has always been amazing! I can't recommend her and her services enough, as well as all the others in the salon. They always meet my needs, have great customer service and atmosphere and I always leave with the best blowdry :) Can't wait to go back.
