Lucy was lovely but was cut wasn’t what I wanted and had to have restyled who confirmed my fear that it was uneven. Such a shame as I had a great experience just a style that really didn’t suit me!

Hairdresser called shortly before appointment requesting cash and sounding half asleep (ok it happens to most people, it was a morning appointment) After rushing to cashpoint and making it to the salon on time, she had gone out walking her dog, maybe it was urgent, guess it happens. The actual cut and treatment, on booking said would take 60 min, it lasted probably 25 min and unfortunately was the worst treatment and result I've paid for in a salon, and I've had a few :/
