The therapists we friendly with a lovely warm approach. Communication regarding the treatments and benefits would be good. The robes were not clean and the changing rooms should provide lockers for you to leave you valuables in a safe space.
It wasn’t a great experience, however the therapists were excellent.

Small and cosy spa and the staff were really nice. We had a Swedish massage with a full body exfoliation. It was great - absolutely no complaints!
