Wonderful! A havan of peace. When we arrived at the hotel reception the receptionist took us up to the spa. She was very friendly and gave us the perfect start to our visit. The spa itself was also welcoming and peaceful. The massage was fantastic. I am still walking on air two days after!! Thank you so much.

The experience delivered just what I needed - self indulgence and relaxation. Superb treatments delivered expertly and professionally. We booked the spa delight package and when accessing the sauna we were interrupted by a fire alarm. No one knew what was going on and given mixed messages to continue and then disturbed again.
The changing room wasn’t clean and floor very wet.
The toilet was not clean.
Filled out pre treatment questionnaires specifically answering the question about which areas we want the therapist to focus on. Clearly this was not read and the therapist did not even work on my problem areas.
