I was disappointed that the sauna was out of use. Massage treatment was good however I felt the facial was abit rough, my face (cheeks) ctually hurts when I touch them surprised I'm not bruised. It was quite heavy handed and hard poking into the face. I've had several facials in the passed but never experienced one like this. I won't be going there again unfortunately. I would also have preferred to be on separate room tomorrow husband as I like the room to be warm and I husband preferred AC

I have few chemicals peels and facial over there my skin much better , I’m vining now every month for skin care routine , I love the costumer service and face massage during the visit. I m always pampered feel amazing thank you for the glow and make me feel better

The therapists we friendly with a lovely warm approach. Communication regarding the treatments and benefits would be good. The robes were not clean and the changing rooms should provide lockers for you to leave you valuables in a safe space.
It wasn’t a great experience, however the therapists were excellent.
