The room was very relaxing Courtney was very pleasant and professional , the treatments massage and scrub were really good. I felt relaxed after my skin felt smooth my body felt relaxed. Very good experience.

Firstly, I rated the scrub middle of the road as we didn’t have this treatment but I couldn’t state that and didn’t want to rate it low!
The massage we had was lovely. Two of us were booked in but we were not expecting to be in the same room; luckily it was not a problem.
We were offered a choice of intensity of massage and we both went for deep tissue and buy did it hit at times - but in a good way.
Staff were very friendly.
Toilet not the cleanest which is why I marked it lower

We had a mother and daughter full body massage. During the time my daughter said she could see my masseuse texting on her phone whilst massaging the side of my neck with her other hand. This is very unprofessional,not to mention unhygienic. We left a written message of complaint on the reception desk when we left as there was no one there,,we have not been contacted by anyone or offered any apology,The person concerned was black,and the massage was done on 09/06 st 12.
