Amazing treatment given to myself and my daughter. The therapists were welcoming and kind. We felt comfortable and our massages were excellent. We are looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

The treatments themselves were okay although the bed I was on for the massage was wobbly. The gowns, one had a hole in and the other one a used tissue was found in the pocket. The changing room floor was dusty and full of hair. The lockers werent the easiest to use so one staff member said they would lock them for us but when we returned the lockers hadn't been locked. After the treatment we had drinks included but the staff members were nowhere to be seen so we didn't get them. Wouldnt return.

Massage was excellent, staff were lovely, nothing really else to do though as sauna was not working at the time.

I wouldn’t recommend, I also made two bookings for me and my friend, I booked both the dual and single ticket room and I was told that the single room was in use and unavailable for booking which is a shame because I had booked both rooms, I was told I guess you just have to put up with it. Awful overall experience for the price. The massage felt like an oiled up body rub rather than having any technique although the lady who did this was very polite.
