-Customer service is very poor.
-Very offended during interactions with staff member whom I believe is the manager.
-The facilities are poor & sauna was broken on visit. Will not recommend spa to anyone.
-Have definitely never had such a poor experience at a spa/treatment facility before.
-I could give examples of my interactions with the staff members and would like to make a formal complaint- but unsure how to as the manager of the facility is the issue.

All I can say is that I’m addictide 🥰 everything is nice and clean, relaxing atmosphere and skilled staff. Highly recommended! 👍🌟
