Visited Luenire Spa on Sunday 29th July for a Classic Facial and Deep Tissue Massage. We were called 15 minutes before to arrive early, then told on arrival the lift was out—so we had to climb four floors. Separate rooms, requested in advance, weren’t prepared and I had to insist again.
The facial was relaxing, but the massage was disappointing with little pressure despite repeated requests. Overall, the experience felt disorganised and left me dissatisfied.

I’m a monthly customer and the single room is not the best as you can hear it all going on in reception. Twice my therapist went outside to remind others that treatments are going on. The only notice to remind people to be quiet is at the back by the window. It should be when you come to the desk or at the table by the sofa. A spa is for chilling out. It used to be like that. The therapist and treatment was great.

The room was very relaxing Courtney was very pleasant and professional , the treatments massage and scrub were really good. I felt relaxed after my skin felt smooth my body felt relaxed. Very good experience.

Firstly, I rated the scrub middle of the road as we didn’t have this treatment but I couldn’t state that and didn’t want to rate it low!
The massage we had was lovely. Two of us were booked in but we were not expecting to be in the same room; luckily it was not a problem.
We were offered a choice of intensity of massage and we both went for deep tissue and buy did it hit at times - but in a good way.
Staff were very friendly.
Toilet not the cleanest which is why I marked it lower
